basically its three cup chicken(三杯鸡)and stir fry broccoli and assorted mushrooms and a simple dessert.
watermelon soaked in v.s.o.p
clean prawn and prepare white wine 1 cup add another 1 cup of water and bring to simmer.add in also some oregano,parsley,and 2 cloves of garlic. poach them and cool them down.
coat them with some Tabasco sauce .
plate them on ur own wish...!
