grilled fish fillet, potato and salad.




potato...modified from a french recipe "pommes anna"
>peel and slice to very thin slices...marinate them with salt and pepper and full cream milk...
set aside and prepare the fish. Wash the fish fillet and sprinkle with salt,pepper,mint, and Italian herbs. let it marinate till you done with the salad.

For the salad, you will need iceberg lettuce,cherry tomato and mix vegetable(carrot,corn and peas)rinse all the veges and dress them up with olive oil , lemon juice and herbs.

bake the potato for 15 min in high heat. grill the fillet and thats it the food is ready to serve.

stuffed shitake pasta soup





1st boil the pasta then on the other side cut out the shitake mushroom's stem and stuff it with fish paste... drain out the pasta and prepare the soup. first boil the chicken broth on a pot and add in some vege : carrots,cellery and yellow onion. and also the stuffed shitake. let it simmer for five min.
scoop the pasta into a bowl and add in the soup and veges.
garnish with a little dash of parsley flakes and also a little white pepper .

pasta with pan grilled chicken



for the chicken:
Marinate chicken thigh with salt, pepper, chopped garlic and italian herbs and a little tsp of apple vinegar. let it set while you prepare your pasta.

for the pasta:
Boil the pasta as normal and when the pasta is almost cooked then add in the carrots and other vegy, then on the other side get a bowl and dice up one tomato and get them into the bowl and add in vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and also add in a little mint flakes. drain up the pasta and the vege and get them in and mix it up.

grill the chicken and thats it your meal is ready to be served.

my own idea dedicated for all working womens...its a good one for your dinner.
