1st boil the pasta then on the other side cut out the shitake mushroom's stem and stuff it with fish paste... drain out the pasta and prepare the soup. first boil the chicken broth on a pot and add in some vege : carrots,cellery and yellow onion. and also the stuffed shitake. let it simmer for five min.
scoop the pasta into a bowl and add in the soup and veges.
garnish with a little dash of parsley flakes and also a little white pepper .
